Abstract:  This discussion provides advice for prospective employers on determining what will work for them, what they need and what they can offer employees. Ways to recruit employees are suggested, along with comments by pharmacists and professional recruiters. Sample questions are suggested for interviews, along with follow-up steps (call the references).
