Establishing and Maintaining a Compounding Pharmacy Reference Library

Abstract:  The purpose of this procedure is to establish appropriate guidelines and documentation for establishing and maintaining a reference library for a compounding pharmacy. A library maintenance form, suitable for photocopying and using in the pharmacy, is also provided.
